2. Mobile Information & SMS Consent Sharing

We do not sell, rent, loan or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to anyone. Opt-in data is used only to deliver the text messages you requested.

We collect only the information needed to quote, move and support freight, and to recruit drivers:

• Contact details: name, company name, email address and mobile phone number.
• Shipment details: pickup and delivery locations, dates, commodity and other load information you share.
• Driver applicant details: home city and state, CDL experience and any information you provide during hiring.
• SMS records: the date, time, web page and form where you opted in, the consent language shown, and your opt-out requests.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in standard server logs for security and to prevent abuse. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and prepare freight quotes.
• To dispatch, track and deliver loads and send pickup, in-transit and delivery updates.
• To send SMS text messages you have expressly opted in to receive.
• To review driver applications and schedule interviews.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services.
• To comply with FMCSA, DOT and other legal obligations.

5. SMS Text Messaging

If you check an SMS consent box on one of our web forms, or otherwise give us express consent, you agree to receive text messages from MIM Global LLC at the number you provided. Consent checkboxes are never pre-selected, and consent is not a condition of any purchase, service or employment.

• Customer care messages: quote follow-ups, dispatch notifications, and load status and delivery updates.
• Recruiting messages: application status updates and interview scheduling for driver applicants.
• Marketing messages: capacity announcements and service offers — sent only if you separately check the marketing consent box.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only when necessary to run our business, and never for third-party marketing:

• Shipment parties such as the shipper, receiver or broker on your load, limited to the shipment details needed to complete that load. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with them.
• Legal and safety purposes, when required by law, regulation, subpoena or to protect the rights and safety of our company, drivers or the public.
• We never sell, rent or share personal information — including mobile numbers and SMS consent — with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Data Retention & Security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet recordkeeping obligations and to resolve disputes. Opt-in and opt-out records are retained to demonstrate compliance with messaging rules. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls and limited staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.
